Registration Process

We are accepting 3-6 years old students for this 2023/ 2024 school year. If you are interested, please Contact Us to inquire about availability. We completely understand choosing the right school can be a daunting task for most parents. To make this Registration Process convenient, we welcome parents to arrange an appointment to observe class in-session prior to enrollment.

School Tour Year-Round

We invite families within our community to virtual tour our school. This is a conversational experience to enhance further knowledge of the curriculum and outdoor activities for the new school year at Neo Immersion Montessori School. Our staff will be able to introduce themselves and provide overview of teaching approach in collaboration with parents throughout the school year. Open Enrollment | March 1st-August 1st

After attend a tour with your child, School Director can immediately assist in registering your child based on available opening. If you are thinking ahead and would like to enroll your child for the upcoming academic school year, we will put you on our Admissions Roster list. New students must be at least 3 years old by 1st day of school date. If opening becomes available, email notification will be sent to you with details of our Registration Process and Admission Forms. August 1, 2023 is the last Day to submit Admission Form for enrollment consideration.

Registration | 3-5 Days

We ask all parents who plan to enroll at NIMS complete the following Registration Process:

Take a virtual tour and meet with the School Director
Fill-out and submit the Admissions Application
Schedule a Parent Meeting
Pay the non-refundable Registration fee ($350)
Schedule child's Assessment Visit (half-day) with the School Director
Sign the Enrollment Contract (upon NIMS Admission acceptance)
Review Parent Handbook (upon NIMS Admission acceptance)
First and last month tuition payments or other options available (see Tuition for further details)

After complete Registration, you will be given a Parent Welcome Packet and access to school communication mailing list online. All forms must be completed before a child can begin school.
